Automatic Enrollment covers public and private sector employees under the age of 45, automatically enrolling them in the system through their employers. ADVANTAGES OF AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT
The greatest advantage of Automatic BES is the state contribution it provides to participants. Every participant can receive a 25% state contribution during the time they remain in the system. This is one of the most appealing aspects of the system. Additionally, participants who have another individual pension contract outside of Automatic Enrollment can receive separate state contributions for both systems, enabling them to retire with greater savings.
